Having a marketing plan in community tourism centers is essential for their survival suitability. The present work focus in generating strategies to help CTC (tourism Community center) commercialization. The investigation was developed by a non-experimental design, through the application of the hypothetical-deductive method. It was divided in three phases due to the objectives proposed Swot analysis was used to make the diagnosis as well as observation guides when describing tourism resources and experts panel to propose projects to be developed. Tourism signal and tourism promotion was the main result of this work, to improve market position.
